Question Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt Error after doing restore to earlier date

I did a sytem restore earlier date to fix the issue,,, and now I get the Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt Error on blue screen
I'm not sure if I can fix it with chkdsk /r c: but I'm trying that... then i will do
1. sfc /scannow 2. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I'm thinking I will have to do a reinstall from my macrium backup.

Also, Just wondering if I can do another restore from another date in the sytem, and try again?

You could but they’re generally useless. I usually reinstall windows at this point

true. that's what I asked myself after I did the restore.
I restored to a later date now, and it works again.
fan issue is still there, where it's constantly running, but can't find any real things tasking the system, (using task manager and task scheduler and Process Explorer)
now i wonder if my fan always ran like this, but I don't remember hearing it like this (loud).

I have old computer. I just went into the BIOS and can't really control the fan. It's running Thermal and fan speed is 2900 rpm. That's high yeah?

I restored to a later date now, and it works again. I changed power plan to Balanced and it's back to slower fan speed.

Yeah, I forgot what I changed a couple of weeks ago. I was going for more performance with the Intel Graphics Control Panel settings (performance) and the power settings... performance. Didn't realize it would boost the fan so much.
