Question Windows Task Manager showing wrong ram usage. Using too much ram but math doesn't add up

In windows task manager it shows that I have 27% of my 32gb ram in use but when I add up all of the ram that my processes are using they add up to like 3.5 gb. Whats using the rest of the 4.5 gb?

For some reason I can't post the photo buts its just chrome using 2.7 gigs and o the processes using like 20 mb
