Okay so having a serious issue with wi fi. I have scoured google, and am on my 3rd wi fi card. I do not use a vpn, i have tried literally every driver for all 3 (the previous 2 have been returned) and i am wits end. About to give up on win 10 for good. No matter which driver, it says i have a driver issue and will connect to a network, but with the little yellow exclamation point saying connected, no internet access.
Card is: Tp link TL-WN881ND and is on tp links website as windows ten compatible
My other specs, in case they are relevant are: Msi Gaming 5 motherboard
Intel i-7 4790k
Radeon r-9 390x (club 3d royal queen)
16gb Kingston hyperfury x ram
I dont have access to the router from my room, ethernet wise, so i cant simply stick a cable in it and let windows figure it out, and, worst of all, while my lousy, old laptop upgraded to win 10 just fine and can use the net, none of its usb ports work, so even had a full day of scouring everything i could find been helpful, i cant transfer any drivers. All parts have been checked and rechecked. All possible drivers that i can access with out internet have been installed, and the card has been correctly installed. Any help would be massively lovely. Thanks in advance

Bios flashing come a long way in last few years:

Is there anyway to get both laptop and PC onto same network and just move files across that way? You may need to use a cross over ethernet cable: http://ccm.net/faq/6340-connect-pcs-using-a-crossover-ethernet-cable

You may need to ask a friend to download the files you need as its difficult to do this without USB. Or take PC to their house, use their Ethernet cable, and use the MSI software to sort it out..

The laptop is ancient. The usb ports are actually physically broken 🙁 It's Toshiba satelitte. Its about 3-4 years old, and the ports are just physically broken. Its been loaned out a lot.
i've tried updating the MB via a usb key with the drivers for wlan and mobo utilitie. Obviously since i can't connect to the net, i can't use live update to update the bios, and i am not comfortable risking my mobo to my amateur skill by flashing it
