In my Group Policy editor I can't find Computer/Administrative
Templates/System/Windows Time Service. I'm wanting to specify a certain
time server for all my servers and workstations to sync to. I'm told this
is where to do it in Group Policy but I can't find the Windows Time Service
sub-folder. Any ideas? Thanks!

You only have to configure it for the pdc fsmo and if there is more than one domain
in the forest configure it for the pdc fsmo in the root domain as described in the KB
below using the net time command such as net time /setsntp:server_list. --- Steve
