Windows time won't sync after CMOS clear..

I tried to overclock my PC using Easytune 6 (big mistake). It left me with a black screen that wouldn't boot. I cleared the cmos by shorting the 2 pins on my motherboard (ggabyte 990fxa-ud3) and Widows booted up fine, although now I cannot sync with windows time server! I've tried checking the task scheduler and making sure time sync is enable and also tried manually starting time sync in the list of services. I have also changed the time in the bios to the correct time manuall. Still won't sync with windows

Change the time server in windows. Some of them are dead

did you do it system on power .

Make sure it's set to a valid time server in the properties and set approximate time before you try to sync.
