Windows tool bar

Hello,
I always used windows for internet information, then sudenly me windows tool bar disappeared. How can I get my windows tool bar back to connect with the internet?

Well, i think you have mistakenly hidden the toolbar....press ctrl+esc does you start menu pop-up. If it does you may have auto-hide enabled.
