not a question but don't know how to answer a post but the answer is to change dispaly settings and under advanced click the list modes button and adjust your frame rate and screen resolution , 100% works as long as you get this info right , suppose my only actual question is how do i reply or answer an actual question? just led with verbatim question asked on the forums lol

Any post has a "Reply to ... " link at the bottom if you want to quote the person or use the "Post an answer" button to reply without quoting.
