So heres my jam i upgraded my windows 7 to windows 10 today and my question is if i replace my cpu mobo and ram will i need to transfer my windows or will it stay on my harddrive

When upgrading to windows10 your licence is tied to your microsoft account, so you can easily reinstall without worry.

Changing the CPU/motherboard entails a clean OS install.
You can transfer the license, as noted above.
