Windows Unable to start

My windows was unable to start after i typed A command to fix a game problem after i restarted my windows wasnt able to start now. I tried restoring to an earlier point but didnt work also i tried watching videos to help my problem but didnt work also.

Which windows ? You could try making bootable USB/DVD with same version and try repair install from it. W10 can do it without loosing any data.

Windows 7 Althought i cannot access my bios due to idk the password and before the problem happened i typed this commands in cmd
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF
bcdedit.exe -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF
And i restarted my laptop and the problem started

That's for windows, password in BIOS is in BIOS itself. Did you try resetting it ?

What do you mean resetting it? it Has no logo on starting windows and automatically goes to Advanced repair setup and it cant fix the laptop

Check the manual how to reset CMOS/BIOS. that's not same on all laptops.

i dont have a manual cause this laptop was just a gift from my dad and idk where he bought it it only had a charger This laptop is really old was bought back in 2012

Just Google full make and model. it's not that old not to have one online.

There must be make and full model number at the bottom of the laptop, just key in those in the Google search box and ad word MANUAL at the end.
