Windows unknown files 100 GB in WinDirStat

Both D and E Drives are empty but its showing almost full. I checked through Windirstat and found <Files> folders (100 GB) in these drive containing so many 100 MB files. Is it safe to delete them?

It looks like the picture you posted is private. When I click the link it says "restricted"

I wouldn't delete any .dll files without knowing what they're for. You could easily corrupt programs. Are those files in the root directory for the D drive?
