Question Windows update 21h1 is the problem ?

I previously talked about my issue of the new version of windows for me.
I updated my windows which is 1909 to 21h1 using the installation media tool using upgrade this pc option not burning the windows on a usb/cd.
The pc booted fine worked for the first 30 mins perfectly no stutters at all no nothing after two hours the pc started having audio/video stutters.
I recorded a video using my shadow play/ Geforce Experince to know how does it look like in the recordings ,which looks like that the audio is faster than the video with brief 1 second stutters.
I thought the problem came from the graphics drivers tried to reinstall them , and the installation failed .
Is there is any other way other than a fresh windows copy with a formatted drive ?
I searched for my problem for 2 months now no solutions yet.

I think he meant the "Update Now" button, not the "Download Tool Now" button. That's why he said "top one".
