Windows Update Crash

I accidentally turned off my Toshiba Satellite E45t-A4300 while it was updating from Windows 8 to Windows 10. When I turned it back on it says "PC ran into an error, we'll restart it for you" and keeps going in this cycle. Is there any way to fix this? I have already tried pressing F8 as it turned on.

Unfortunately, no this is not my problem. More information: system_thread_exception_not_handled (iastora.sys) is what is says to search for more information.
