windows update downloading stuck on 99%

I'm using a windows 10, and tried to update it. Here is the image of whats happening https://imgur.com/iJjyB8P
Is there any solution? Should I just restart my PC, because its been on this for a while now and it seems like its getting no where. Please help

So, two tips with Winupdate:

1. If something is broken while Windows is running, simply restart your PC. It's capable of resumed downloads and more often than not this solves most problems.

2. If your update is at the "Don't power off" but has been stuck on 99% for several hours - not only is it basically the only option you have, but more often than not something just glitched when the update was finalizing and it's actually all done.
