Windows update error 8007000D

On my Lenovo Thinkpad T61 It has Windows 7 proffesional installed and when i try to download The KB30446482 update it fails with 8007000D error. How can i fix the error ???

Hi,
1. Open start menu, type: services.msc in the search bar.
2. Find Windows Update service, and stop it.
3. Find: "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution" and delete "SoftwareDistribution" dir.
4. Reboot
