windows update error

I'm attempting to do routine windows updates, and the "Important" update fails to download...it's the "Intel-Other Hardware-Intel(R) Management Engine Interface" download. I've attempted 4 times, and the error code I receive each time is the same: Code 80246001.
Unfortunately, the microsoft site doesn't bring up this code in its provided list, when I access the site for an explanation. How do I complete the download? What's the significance of the Code?
