windows Update not working

my windows update is not working so i searched on Youtube i watched a video in which he installed IRRT and then his window update was working....................but i have 500gb HDD and when i try to install the software it says"Your System does not have the minimum requirement to install the software"

it was a net frame error my net frame was not getting installed also..............solved that problem it got solved also
