[SOLVED] Windows Update Problem

startup type of my WINDOWS UPDATE in services is disabled. Even if i am changing it to automatic or manual, it is again regaining its disable option after refreshing. I can't find any solution on Google or Microsoft Support. Please help me fixing this.

it says here when i try to start the program it gives me an error "windows update the service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."

Where did you obtain this Windows 10?

Fixed it, tried to run a malware cleaner and the update is now showing under settings. It just gives me the error (0x80070422) though and the windows update on services is still going back to its disabled setting even if im already setting it to "Automatic" or "Manual"
