Discussion WIndows update process needs more text

So I guess I could give feedback but I just comment here...

Win 11 told me it needed a restart to run updates

• I chose the update and shutdown option
• It did the 30% and then restarted
• After restart it run through remaining 70% , telling me not to shut PC off (usual stuff)
• Once it got to 100% I just got a blank screen
• then PC shut off

I feel it should say shutting down in the blank screen... as I wasn't sure what it was doing. It could have frozen all I knew.

Sounds like a new feature. 💩
I'm going to have to wait a while to install W11 since all my adequate machines are busy and can't be taken down for a while.
