Windows Update Ruined My PC

I recently installed a big Windows Update, and afterword when I logged into Windows I had the following problems:

>no audio output device installed
>webcam light stuck on
>wallpaper gone
>Chrome gone
>One System Service Exception BSD so far

I've had these and similar problems before, and unfortunately I forget the exact solution I found. I believe it involved updating the BIOS and/or chipset drivers, but neither of those has worked this time. I have also already installed all the drivers from the manufacturer's website and through Device Manager. I've also tried to Restore and Reset the system with no success.

My device is an ASUS T200TAC Transformer Book.

Anyone have a clue what the issue is here? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Update:

Sorry for the delay in responding! I did a clean install of Windows as was suggested. I formatted the partitions, but it told me Windows could not be installed on any of them. Therefore I deleted them all. Don't know if that was good, bad, or irrelevant.

Anyway, once the installation finished, my webcam light was no longer on, but I still had no sound device installed, and what's worse: My PC had foegotten Wi-Fi was a thing. As far as it knew Ethernet and dial-up were the only ways of connecting to the Internet. It's not that the network adapter was missing a driver; it's that the network adapter itself was missing.

I thought I just needed a LAN driver, so, using another computer, I downloaded that and every other driver on the manufacturer's website onto a flash drive and then installed them on my PC. Most of the drivers said they installed successfully, but produced no changes after a reboot.

I then began to scour the web for solutions, some examples of which include typing various netsh and ipconfig commands into the command prompt, editing the registry, and changing/resetting BIOS settings. None of them worked, so here I am.

Oh, I also reinstalled Windows again and am currently Resetting it. I have no ideas left after that. Do you have any?
