[SOLVED] Windows update stuck

every time I restart of after I shut down my computer for the night and turn it back on in the morning, it just goes straight to a windows update, it says 100% complete for a bit then restarts, then pulls up the same screen saying couldn't complete updates restarting, does it one more time, then restarts again and lets me in. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Check to see what update it try to run.
if it a feature update, use update assistant https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ssistant-3550dfb2-a015-7765-12ea-fba2ac36fb3f
