Windows Update Upgrade

So basically I have been seeing in my windows update for windows 7 this

It keeps saying this everyday sometimes more then once a day and i am a bit confused. I have the windows 10 icon in the bottom right but when i open that open i just have the option to notify me. Am I missing something here? Is there a reason it keeps failing in the windows update?

Do this, i did it and it worked for me I had the same problem with you. So I forced the install

Scroll down and download that Tool from microsoft, and when is done press upgrade button.

Interesting i used the tall to begin installing windows 10, then after i did that Windows 10 upgrade appeared in my windows update so i could procceed to install it through the windows update instead of the installed with that download.
