[SOLVED] Windows updates every time I turn off my compyter

For the past month or so, when I turn off my pc, there is an update. I turn the pc on and off once a day and each time it has an update. The update interferes with RGB settings and makes it painfully slow to turn on since it's going through an installation. I have turned off automatic updates through windows update settings and also disabled windows updates through Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > Windows Update but it still updates every time I turn it off.​

No I haven't, how do I do that?

open settings/update & security
in the right window, click Update history
it will show you if one keeps failing. If one is, can you tell us the kb number?

These are the two most recent updates in the update history. So it do not seem to show all the updates that happen.

which version of win 10 are you on now?

1. right click start
2. choose run...
3. type winver and press enter
4. current version is 21H1

you might w ant to, on another working pc, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

once its made, put it in the PC that won't finish updating while windows is running
go to file exploder (win + E key
navigate to USB and run setup
this will offer to update current PC
accept and it will install Win 10 Version 21H1
