[SOLVED] Windows updates failing

My Windows updates keep failing and refusing to install after it tried to install the first time while there was no disk space. Even after i freed up disk space, it kept on failing after i tried to install it again. The name of the updates are "2020-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4540673) and KB4551762" and the error code is "Error 0x800f0984". Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 is also failing with the same error. I'm not sure what to do. I tried to use the troubleshooter and the windows update cleanup tool in disk cleanup, but neither worked. Any ideas of what i can do to fix this?

Did you try to reset windows update?
