There is a date where all automatic updates will stop, it's called Windows's end-of-life.

I think you can DELAY updates for 35 days.

You may have trouble doing more than that without extraordinary means that may cause problems sooner or later.

Are you sure you're not trying to ask a different question? You can't permantently upgrade anything that will continue to be upgraded in the future until it stops upgrading. Until Windows 10 is end-of-life, it's a bit like asking if you can eat lunch one time and have it be permanent rather than eating lunch every day. And since that would be a very odd question, I'm wondering if you're not attempting to ask something different. If so, you'll need to rephrase; if it's an English issue, Google Translate can at least help form a question we can understand, even if it's not perfect.
