Hi
My pc has been in a repair loop so I decided to give up and try to reset it.
I tried to use the recovery menu but no option works and the "reset this pc" option is missing for some reason.
Because of that I picked my USB which has a windows 10 installation on it which I know it works since I used it a while ago but everytime I try to use it I get a purple screen saying "Setup is starting" and I can only move my mouse.
I tried setting up my bios to default settings but that won't work.
What else can I do? I know this installation is not faulty since I already used it
Thanks!

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

====

Rethink the premise "I know this installation is not faulty since I already used it ".

Consider that the USB has failed in some manner and/or that the Windows .iso has become corrupted.

Try another USB and .iso download.

====

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Verify that all connections, cables, cards, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.
