Question Windows users can see a strange letter (a white dot on black background) on text originally typed on a MacBook

I and my colleagues happened to see a strange letter repeatedly appearing randomly in texts typed by another colleague who uses a MacBook and with the "Simple Telex" input method used for their keyboard setting. The random character appears as a white dot on a black background (see image below).

It can appear anywhere (in Excel, a blog post, etc).

Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions on how to avoid it? This is the screenshot of the white dot in my texts View: https://imgur.com/C2ZPWFj

Here's also the link to the website that has the character that i've mention above: https://thepresentwriter.com/minimalism-baby-toi-gian-khi-co-tre-nho-phan-1/
(the text contain that character is: " Đối với trẻ nhỏ dưới 2 tuổi, hệ thống này chủ yếu dành cho những người chăm sóc bé. "

Thanks BFG-9000,
But I dont understand why other spaces doesn't become all boxes. It's just randomly appear on the texts. As you can see in the link that I post, it's just one character that become box.

Thanks Alabalcho.
But the texts is in Vietnamese, with Unicode , typed using simple telex on a Macbook, And the character is just a "space", not a letter. And he uses Space all around the document, all behave normal except for the character that i singled out

Cut and paste a few examples into an online translator: e.g., Vietnamese to English.

The translations and context may provide some clue.

Overall, I also suspect that it is a font issue - just more cumbersome as it all involves Mac/Apple and foreign languages/characters.

Might even be some emoji type character..... :)
