Windows vista administrators password removal

i need to know how to recover my password that i forgot. i locked myself out of my computer

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

It's against Tom's Forum Rules to give or even ask for password help because we don't want inadvertently to help someone hack into another person's computer.

If you take it to a professional fixer and provide proof of ownership, they may be able to help but in Vista, it may mean a complete new installation, losing all the existing data.
