Windows vista auto resize text

Whenever or wherever I am browsing or on my desktop, if I move the mouse a certain way it gives me the zoom tool and automatically resizes the text whether in a broswer or window desktop. It is extremely annoying and I have not been able to figure out why this happens or how to get rid of it.
