Windows Vista Install;ation Disks

Toshba L300 Will Not Boot at all. Requests I insert Windows Installation Disk but I do not have it as Vista came pre-loaded on the PC.

Try booting into safe mode (f8 on startup). If you can get into safe mode, try using the restore points.

If the Winload.exe file is not present, or corrupted, the system won't boot into Vista regardless...

You will need a Vista install disk to rectify this, either by booting into safe mode as aford10 suggested (though personally, I think booting from the Vista dvd and going into the integrated repair tools would be a much better bet for getting your computer back up and running), entering the repair tools section on the Vista DVD as I mentioned above, or by backing up your data and doing a clean install. It's unlikely that any other way is going to produce a desirable result.
