Windows vista problem with my pictures

Hello,
in wimdows vista my pictuers have a picture of a flower hidding them even when i click view then click large icons the flowers won't move off the pics. what is this how do i get my icon view back.

right hand click one of your pics and choose a different default software to open the pics!like the windows software!
