Windows vista to Windows 7 upgrade advisor tells me to uninstall Windows Defender but I can't

I'm currently upgrading my grandpas computer from Windows Vista to Windows 7. It keeps telling me to uninstall Windows Defender but I can't seem to find any way to do it. I disabled it in services.msc and in the program itself.

Windows Defender can not be uninstalled, but you might need to disable it - which it looks like you already have. Make sure all other antivirus software is uninstalled also, like Norton, Avast, AVG, etc. as these could cause issues to crop up when you are reinstalling.
