If I enable Windows' built-in variable refresh rate setting that is found under graphic settings under display settings, will it conflict with Freesync/Nvidia G-sync monitor settings?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

And why do you believe or otherwise expect by changing the VRR? What purpose or requirement?

There is a good chance that the change may do little or nothing.

More information needed.

it augments G sync & Freesync, it doesn't replace them

seems my monitor doesn't support it, even though its running at 144

Thanks for the link. No, I just have a few more questions because I don't upgrade PC often and therefore don't have to reinstall Windows a lot, so I need some help every time I do.
