Question Windows was not shot down properly??

Every time I shut down my gaming pc and start it back up the reliability history for windows shows a "windows was not shut down properly" event, which seems to really bring down the reliability index. I never get a pop-up alert or anything but it's always there under the reliability history. I tried disabling fast startup but that hasn't fixed the issue. Any ideas as to what may be causing it?

did you just shut down in windows or use the psu power/or unplug the power cable?

I always shut down using the windows menu
