'Windows was unable to complete the format' - Help

I have Bitlocker protected USB Flash Drive that I cannot format. First some files became corrupt and the names became changed to random symbols (See picture). I can't delete and change the drive letter and I have tried formatting it with CHKDSK and once again nothing. I can't remove the Bitlocker encryption as I don't have the right version of Windows (I'm using Windows 7 Professional). Help.

Well, you probably need to do it on a PC with the right OS version. Enterprise or Ultimate. Win 7 Pro does not support BitLocker.

Do you have any idea about the files and folders problem that I have mentioned?

I also forgot to mention that for some reason it is now write protected that seems to prevent me from removing the encryption when I had the chance earlier on today.

See what it looks like on an OS that can decrypt it properly. If it is still messed up, then it is probably a virus.
