Hey guys,
I will add myself to the row of people, that ran into an WHEA Bluescreen error. I already studied a lot of Threads regarding that topic, but found nothing that helpes me out. Maybe you have more ides to try.
My system:
MSI Mortar B250M Micro ATX Mainboard
i7 7700k
1TB m2 Samsung Evo SSD 960 Pro
64GB Corsair Dominator DDR4 2666 RAM
3TB Data HD
Palit GeForce RTX 2070
Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 650W Gold Power Supply
Fractal Define Tower
Windows 10 Professional
My system was runing stable for some month (last update with the RTX) and before also without any problems. Suddenly the crashes appeared to happen more and more often. Right now, I am falling into them even after Minutes. It does not depend on high load, sometimes also crashes while idle.
What have I tried so far:
Maybe you can read more out of it or have any other suggestions? IMHO only Board, CPU (even if test passed) and power supply are remaining as an error source IMHO.
Appreciate your help.

Edit for people als experiencing this WHEA problem - it is solved now: in my case the CPU was broken even if Intel Test Tool reported PASS in every test, temperatures were OK. (Maybe not your personal 100% solution if you find this thread with search, but consider it to be an option.)

What have I tried so far:
- Installing drivers from Chipset, via, Graphic Cards
- Removed all unecessary Software
- Did a windows Repair
- Cleaned all the hardware
- Run a Memtest and intel CPU test, all passed
- Removed Memory and tested single modules
- Removed RTX graphics card and tested only with onboard
- Installed Windows on a USB Stick to exclude SSD as System
- Removed all my system from case, cleaned, reassemblied
- Installed Windows on SSD completely new
- BIOS Reset and tried to optimize, reset again
- No Overclocking @any time
- Watched Temperatures - all good for CPU, GPU, Memory, Disks, Case
