windows will not load message

...on my acer aspire one d260 netbook. This happened after I foolishly ran ccleaner registry cleaner. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks.

The screen says Windows cannot finish loading until your computer restarts. But this is an endless loop. No matter how many times I do it the message is always the same.
