Morning!

I've a serious issue, half the reason I wanted to upgrade this PC.
For the last few days it's been freezing pretty badly and it's during when it's used for basic things too, exploring the internet, gaming, word processing. So I reset the PC and now it's clearly reset one too many times.

It wants me to reinstall Windows, I've tried to to system restore and system repair neither work.

My question is, I have sensitive information on my C drive that I wish to keep without wiping. Can I remove that Hard Drive and put it in my other computer to get the information off?

Any help would be great, thanks.

Yep it will not matter or you could always place the other drive in an enclosure and turn it into an external drive connected by USB. Either way it will come up as an additional drive to the system once detected.
