I just recently downloaded windows onto a flash drive and when I pressed F11 to go in and install windows, I already had a product key so I typed that in. It was downloading and I wasn’t paying attention and everything restarted and went back to the install screen. I tried again and it said I couldn’t download on that drive so I messed around with it some more and I accidentally got to the point where everytime I click on “Sandisk”, it kicks me to the “reboot and select proper boot device” menu. I got really frustrated and clicked boot overdrive on my Sandisk and now it won’t appear when I press F11 again. I have no idea what happened and any help would be great. My MOBO is an MSI B250M PRO-VDH

Where would I partition my hard drive since I still have never set up windows and I can’t get the window installation screen open.

You need to boot from your OS install media. Either USB or DVD.

I know I sound very dumb but what is OS install media? Is it a certain section in the bios or what?
