Windows won’t install

I recently have built my new computer and I was trying to install windows 10.

Every time I try to install it from a usb it freezes at random percentages in the getting files ready for installation portion. I have checked my bios and the only thing that seemed off was my clock speeds on my ram as well as the cache. I changed those to what they should be, but it still is not working. If you could provide any help that would be great.

Based off what I have read my motherboard is at the right update for my cpu.

Specs:
I7-9700k
Asrock Extreme 4 motherboard
Evga clc 240
Corsair vengeance rgb 16gb ddr4 3000mhz 16 cache
Samsung 860 evo 1tb
Evga 750 watt power supply

Sorry I was out of town. I ran the MEMTEST and I had no errors come up. The part it keeps getting stuck at is getting files ready for installation right after copying windows files. I tried to keep as much unnecessary equipment out as I could. I’ve tried with one stick of ram and two. I still can’t find a solution.

Yeah I’m using the one that came with it. Let me switch it out for another one really quick and run it again

The different data cable didn’t work either.
