[SOLVED] Windows wont boot after a cpu upgrade

Hi guys, I need your assistence recently I bought a ryzen 3 3300x I need it because my ryzen 3 2200g is too old, but after installing it, I got this problem: Problem .
Windows does not start, I have tried to update the bios and do a clean install of Windows and nothing, please I need your help
GPU: GTX 1070 TI
CPU: RYZEN 3 3300x 4 CORES 8 THREADS
Motherboard: ASROCK A320M - HDV R4.0
BIOS Version: 4.0
RAM: Patriot Premium 16GB DDR4 SR 2666 MHz UDIMM
PSU: AZZA 650 Watts - 80+ Bronze - RGB
Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 10 PRO 20H2
GPU Drivers: Geforce Driver Version: 27.21.14.6611

Yes, I made the video after doing the clean installation

I read the warnings and did all the steps that were shown on the page, my BIOS version was 3.70 and I updated it to 4.0

UPDATE I can fix it, if you see this publicación in the future I only do a clean install of Windows in other disk, because in the disk I have many of my things won't boot, but Windows in other disk can run the CPU without problem, Many thanks to the people who answered this thread
