Windows won't boot after adding more RAM

So I recently got a new PC and realised the RAM off my old PC was the same MHz so I tried adding my old ram onto my new pc. After putting my old ram in the pc wouldn't boot so I took it out. I boot the pc up and it wouldn't boot up windows ( I have windows 7 pro).
It said, windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
Status: 0xc000000f.
Info: the boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.
It says to insert windows installation disc and click repair computer but I no longer have the disc.
The pc was working fine before this and I've tired moving the ram around in several different slots.
Any help will be appreciated.

RAM: 2x4 hyperx fury
Motherboard: gigabyte 990x gaming sli
Cpu: AMD 8350
GPU: Radeon 570

Are you mixing different sticks of ram? This wont work your ram must all be the same brand, model clock speed and timing.

Then i would suggest that your drive is now corrupted farther more the Status: 0xc000000f error back this up, to fix this you should try a start up repair and if that wont work then reinstall windows.

Ordered a new windows disc since I've lost my old one. I'll tell you if it works

By mixing memory kits together, there may be compatibility issues such as unable to boot or unable to operate at rated specifications.

Memory manufacturers guarantee the rated speeds of any memory to be obtainable only in the kit it is sold in. If you are adding an additional set of memory, the rated timings may not work due to the extra stress on the memory controller. Therefore, you will need to relax the timings and/or frequencies in order to get two sets of memory to work. Another option you may need to do is increase the dram voltages or reducing the CPU multiplier.

Because the combination has never been tested together, memory manufacturers cannot guarantee compatibility when multiple kits are used.
