I will try to explain this the best i can, the problem im was having is that whenever i boot my pc, it would show the windows 10 logo and then freeze, the white dots on the loading bar would also stop, and my monitor would turn off because it wouldnt detect my pc anymore, even though my pc's led lights and fans are still running, i tried all the troubleshooting solutions but none work so i decided to reset my pc hoping it would solve this problem but even after resetting windows and everything the problem was still there. Now my monitor wont even show anything because whenever i turn on my pc it would get no signal , its just getting worse and would really love any helpful tips or any solution, thank you

what is a parts list for your PC? Is it a brand name PC or Custom?

it might be your graphics card so curious if your PC has onboard graphics you can use instead.

Can try to get to safe mode and see if monitor still turns off

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - we just using it as a boot drive

change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
Pc will restart and load safe mode

Often startup options isn't a choice...

If you can get into safe mode and PC screen remains on, it could still mean the GPU is the problem, its just safe mode doesn't use as much resources on card

check Device manager and see if any unknown devices here.
