Windows Wont Boot

I have just reset my bios by removing the battery, and when I turn the computer on, I get to 'Starting Windows' and it loads for about 5 seconds, and then reboots... It just keeps this going no matter what I do... Could someone help please?

What else did you remove from the motherboard to get access to the battery?

what mode is your sata controller on???

ahci or sata????

changing the mode leads to problems. also did you update the time and date after you removed the battery???
