Windows won't boot

One night my computer froze and rebooted it but after the windows logo the screen would just go back. After a while i just reset window i didn't have any thing that couldn't be replaced. After i installed windows and downloaded updates i rebooted and the same problem happened. I didn't know what was wrong so i put a new hard drive in thinking it was that. Installed windows and rebooted and the exact same thing happened. Any idea of what is wrong would be amazing!

check the display driver.. or download a different version of display driver or try downloading through windows update
