Windows won't boot

I'm using the "Asus Vanguard B85" MoBo..... and i've installed 1xToshiba(Sata-III/6Gbps) & 2xWD(Sata-II).......... all are connected into the SATA III port (Bios Set is UEFI)..... while Toshiba(sata-III) is master(installed wnidows7)....... suddenly my pc is hanging on logon screen.......... when I run my AOMEI backup to restore windows image I've noticed the speed is very low 2/3mbps................... then I try to install the windows..... the same case speed is very slow........ what is the problem???????

Your OS, do a clean install. AOMEI, specially older versions don't play well with UEFI. Use Macrium Reflect free next time.
