Windows won't boot

I have just upgraded my mother board and processor and it's all posting fine but when I go to start windows it asks if I want to start normally or attempt a system repair. When I start normally it flips through a few screens and then acts like the Computer restarted. And every time I try to repair it tries to reboot and does the same thing. Any help?

Since you changed your hardware, the old OS is unable to boot. You most likely have to do a clean install.

Reinstall the OS.
This might also require purchasing a new OS license, depending on what you had before.
