windows wont install on an ssd

hi i bought an ssd a few days ago an today i have tried to install it into my mums dell inspiron 530 to give it a small boost but when i try to select the ssd i get the error: "Setup was unable to create a new system partition, or locate an existing one" i have tried diskpart cleaning it and then formating it, i have also tried changing the sata port that the ssd is connected to on the motherboard. any help is much appreciated, thanks in advance

Click the 'advanced' button, and delete all existing partitions then create a new one that takes up the whole drive.
