Windows won't install

I bought windows 7, let a friend put it on a usb put it in my system, and when it was almost done installing it said (not perfectly translated): 'Can't configure windows to perform on the hardware on this computer'
Please help
Specs:
bought license of windows 7 OEM.
I7 4770K.
ASUS GTX 780 Ti.
Corsair dom. pl. 1866 cl9.
ASUS Maximus VI Hero.

use this program: http://www.wintobootic.com/
it will automatically burn windows onto your usb flash drive. you ust need to select the .iso file that you downloaded. beaware that this program will wipe existing data on your usb flash drive


if you want you can burn windows on a dvd disc if you have a dvd drive

so you have changed the setting to IDE and saved bios?

also was the iso for specific brand like dell or hp etc?
