I recently built a new gaming pc which has all new parts except for my hard drive, ram which i bought at frys electronics refurbished (it was on sale for $20) and a graphics card which my friend let me have but everytime i go to install wondows i get an error during installation (Error code:0x8007025D) and sometimes while its downloading I get a blue screen that says my pc has run into a problem and needs to restart. Also i have tried booting from a total of 3 usb's the first one gave me an orange screen with white lines the second/third one gave me the error and sometimes the pc ran into problems screen.

My specs (trash i know lol but im broke)
Amd fx 6300
Msi 970 gaming
Msi Gtx 650
Corsair vengeance 4gb
A dvd/cd drive
1 tb hard drive from my old pc which i cleaned, checked and formatted (all in cmd)
And just a 500 watt psu

Edit:I just remembered that when installing the cpu i let my older brother do it because i have really sweaty palms and i didnt want to ruin anything but he accidentally bent some pins and i spent 3 hours making them as straight as possible before i re-installed i gave it to my friend so he can check for me if it still works (which it did) and i want to know if i am doomed and have to spend money on a new cpu

Edit:I managed to install windows by switching the usb to a new port but now my pc wont let me in because i would choose custom settings and it would take me through everything and my pc would restart when im done i even tried express settings and after 4-5 tries my pc ran into an error. Please help.

I deleted the partitions and also made sure that it was unallocated space and i got to the end of the install but when it configures everything after the custom settings part my pc screen blinks black for a millisecond and my pc restarts and after 3-4 tries it gives me an error that says i have to restart
the windows installation. Also i got my usb's from my friends since i dont have a pc yet
