[SOLVED] Windows wont let me change display resolutions

Any game on my computer is lagging extremely bad even on lowest settings, so i was trying to change my display settings lower than 4k but the box is grayed out and I also noticed it says in the advanced display settings that it's only showing 1 Hz. Please Help I feel like I've tried everything.

Completely remove your GPU drivers with DDU and reinstall the latest official ones.
